PIEGĀDES UN SAMAKSAS KĀRTĪBA

Tu veic tiešsaites kursa (turpmāk- Pakalpojums) pasūtīšanu caur šo mājas lapu, norādot pasūtamā pakalpojuma veidu un daudzumu un veicot apmaksu caur veikalā iestrādātajiem maksājuma rīkiem vai veicot apmaksu ar rēķinu, par kura nepieciešāmibu jāinformē mani.

Es nodrošinu tava pasūtījuma izpildi un piekļuves nodošanu tiešsaites kursiem Thinkific platformā uzreiz pēc samaksas veikšanas un tava piekļuve būs aktīva kursa aprakstā minēto ilgumu no pirkuma veikšanas brīža.

LIETOTĀJA PIENĀKUMI

Tev jāglabā kursu piekļuves lietotāja vārds un/vai parole konfidenciāli, tos nedrīkst nevienam izpaust.

Tavs pienākums ir regulāri atjaunot paroli, nekavējoties informēt mani, Autoru, ja tev tapis zināms vai tev ir aizdomas, ka tava parole ir nonākusi trešās personas rīcībā.

Piekrītot šiem Lietošanas noteikumiem, tu esi atbildīga par visām darbībām, kas veiktas, izmantojot tavu lietotāja kontu. Tu esi pilnībā atbildīga par visiem veiktajiem darījumiem un citām saistībām, kas veiktas, izmantojot lietojumprogrammu.

ATTEIKUMA TIESĪBAS

Tev ir tiesības atteikties no Pakalpojuma 30 kalendāro dienu laikā no Pakalpojuma saņemšanas brīža, nosūtot man par to atteikumu uz e-pastu hello@zimolaspele.lv . Es atgriezīšu visu tevis ieguldīto naudu, ja tu objektīvi nebūsi sasniedzis tiešsaites kursā solīto rezultātu.

INTELEKTUĀLĀ ĪPAŠUMA TIESĪBAS

Pakalpojumi un to saturs ir Autora un iespējamo trešo personu intelektuālā īpašuma tiesības un konfidenciāla informācija. Pakalpojumu un to satura neatļauta kopēšana un koplietošana ir aizliegta.

Bez iepriekšējas Autora rakstveida piekrišanas tev nav tiesību:

• kopēt vai izmantot Pakalpojumus vai jebkādus materiālus, ko tie satur, citiem mērķiem, nekā personīgo mācību mērķiem;
• pārdot, izplatīt vai citādi nodot Pakalpojumus vai materiālus, ko tie satur, jebkurai trešai personai;
• izveidot jebkādus atvasinātus darbus no Pakalpojumiem vai materiāliem, ko tie satur, izņemot to, kas pieļaujams kursa programmā kā Zīmola grāmatas izveide;
• izmantot Pakalpojumus vai jebkādus materiālus, ko tie satur, komerciāliem mērķiem;
• vai ļaut trešai pusei veikt jebkuru no iepriekš minētajām darbībām;
• tu piekrīti nekopēt nekādus materiālus vai citus datus tīmekļa vietnē.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By purchasing online courses "Brand Game," "Brand Refresh," or other available courses on this website (nikitina.lv and kursi.zimolaspele.lv), you enter into the following agreement with me, Diāna Ņikitina's company SIA Darling Im Home.

DELIVERY AND PAYMENT PROCEDURE

You place an order for an online course (hereinafter the "Service") through this website, specifying the type and quantity of the service to be ordered and making payment using the payment tools provided in the store or by bank transfer, which must be notified to me.

I ensure the execution of your order and provide access to online courses on the Thinkific platform immediately after payment is made, and your access will be active for the duration stated in the course description from the time of purchase.

USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You must keep your access username and/or password confidential and not disclose them to anyone.

Your duty is to regularly update your password and immediately inform me, the Author, if you become aware of or suspect that your password has fallen into the hands of a third party.

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you are responsible for all actions taken using your user account. You are fully responsible for all transactions and other activities carried out using the application.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from the Service within 30 calendar days from the receipt of the Service by sending me a withdrawal notice by email to hello@zimolaspele.lv. I will refund all the money you have invested if you have not objectively achieved the promised result of the online course.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The Services and their content are the intellectual property rights of the Author and third parties, as applicable, and confidential information. Unauthorized copying and sharing of the Services and their content are prohibited.

Without the prior written consent of the Author, you do not have the right to:

• copy or use the Services or any materials they contain for purposes other than personal learning purposes;
• sell, distribute, or otherwise transfer the Services or the materials they contain to any third party;
• create derivative works from the Services or the materials they contain, except as allowed in the course program as the creation of Brand Books;
• use the Services or any materials they contain for commercial purposes; or
• allow a third party to perform any of the aforementioned actions.

You agree not to copy any materials or other data from the website.

DATA PROCESSING

By providing the necessary information and placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree that your data will be processed by the online course platform Thinkific, Stripe, ConvertKit and me, SIA Darling Im Home. Your data will be used to process your order and provide the service in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia. By entering information, you agree that notifications related to the processing of your order will be sent to the email address you provided.
